Well if 80$ is too much what about do it yourself ?!

Sometimes I save money for give myself this guilty pleasure, commission, and it doesn’t bother me to pay an artist 80 and even 120$ when I know it’s a professionnal.

Beside there is plenty of talented artists who make commissions for less then 80$… Being cheap doesn’t mean less quality, The max I can ask for exemple is 25$  / 30$ that doesn’t make me a less good artist as those who ask 80$ for their work…. Geez…

If you can’t afford a fucking good/service you don’t get the fucking good/service, stop bitching and deal with it.

Yes you will need a KSSN, and one step further than that, a Korean Phone number to verify your account. This makes it much more difficult than getting into the TERA KR client, which didn’t require verification. Not to mention you’ll need a korean timecard for the subscription.
You might be able to purchase an account and timecard on newgameway , but bear in mind that this is illegal and your account may be frozen if it’s discovered.

Alternatively, there IS a proxy server called Atomix, but this is from the first alpha, does not at all reflect the current state of the game, and in my honest opinion, is not very good.

• Commissions may have up to two characters for no extra charge, with +$5 per character after two
